Here at Alora Laser Spa, we appreciate your choosing us for your laser spa, wellness and  aesthetic needs. To help assure a pleasant experience for all of our clients and fairness to our employees, we kindly ask that you abide by the following spa policies:


Appointment Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Please make every effort to reserve your appointment for an Alora Laser Spa procedure or treatment at least two weeks in advance. This is particularly important if you’re hoping to undergo treatments in time for special occasions such as weddings or starting a new job. Remember that some more aggressive treatments will require a certain amount of healing time. Scheduling early is your best bet for assuring you’ll get the appointment time that’s most convenient for you.

Also, know that we respect your time by assuring that we schedule appointments appropriately, allowing adequate time and attention to all clients. Please understand that if you are late to your appointment, your treatment time may be limited so as not to inconvenience the next scheduled client. Arriving early will ensure you get the full time and attention you deserve.

If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Note that a $25 fee is charged for cancellations without 24 hours’ notice and for clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late and necessitates rescheduling.

Pricing and Payment Policy

  • When you purchase a package of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. The discounted price requires full payment for the series before the first treatment date. 
  • Payment for treatments and services at Alora Laser Spa are due once the product or service has been taken.  Outstanding balances that are not paid upon reminders, will be passed to external Debt Collection and a new balance with additional administration fees and debt collection fees will be incurred.
  • Payment options accepted by Alora Laser Spa include cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Care Credit as well as purchased Alora Laser Spa gift cards and gift certificates and Alora Laser Spa coupons presented within prior to the expiration date and subject to all terms and conditions as printed.

  • Prices for services, as well as spa policies, are subject to change without notice. Please note that our service prices listed do not include tax or gratuities. State sales tax will be charged at time of service. Gratuity is greatly appreciated!


Refund Policy

  •  PRODUCT REFUNDS - Ayurveda By Alora
    There are no refunds on opened products or unopened unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned to Alora Laser Spa within 15 days of purchase.


  • SERVICE REFUNDS
    There are no refunds on services provided by Alora Laser Spa, unless otherwise determined by Management.

  • PACKAGE REFUNDS
    We do not offer refunds on packages that have been purchased. Should you choose to cancel after you have begun your treatment series, The Spa at Alora wellness Spa  will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift card exchangeable for goods and services. Credit will be given on remaining funds after the full (not discounted) price of the treatment is debited.

    GIFT CARD REFUNDS
    There are no refunds on gift cards or certificates provided by Alora Laser Spa. All sales are final.

 Referral Policy

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the client you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a 15% credit to be used towards any service of your choice. It’s our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!

Special Needs Accommodations

When scheduling your appointment, and prior to receiving the services as a reminder, please let us know of any special needs or medical conditions that may affect your safety or comfort. These include pregnancy, hypertension, allergies, injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Prior notice and will allow us to plan ahead and better customize your treatment, assuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Age Requirements

The minimum age for unaccompanied Alora Laser Spa clients is 18. While we offer a range of services and treatments appropriate for younger clients, know that minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or present a valid signed waiver. In compliance with insurance regulations, small children are not permitted in treatment areas and must be under adult supervision at all times while visiting the spa. Please understand that the safety and well-being of minors is the legal responsibility of the client – not the spa staff.

Guest Etiquette

Nothing puts a damper on an otherwise tranquil spa experience like the ringing, buzzing or dinging of a stranger’s cell phone, pager, tablet, etc. Please be mindful of fellow clients by turning off or silencing all electronic devices. Also, keep conversations to a low volume and arrange adult supervision of children while visiting the spa. This will help us to maintain a quiet, professional and enjoyable atmosphere for all clients and staff.

Belongings

Understand that Alora Laser Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Leaving valuables at home will keep them safe and allow you to focus on simply enjoying your spa treatment.
